Kylie Fackrell was born and raised in Santa Clara, Utah, where she attended Snow Canyon High School, then graduated magna cum laude from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
During college she developed a love for medicine while working in the operating room and as a family medicine medical assistant, then was accepted to Rocky Mountain University of Health Sciences in Provo, Utah.There she earned her degree in Physician Assistant Studies and a Master of Science, and became a mother.

Kylie loves Southern Utah and values that her career at Desert Pain has allowed her to provide quality care to the community she grew up in.She grew up participating in soccer, softball, basketball, and track, and loves to garden and go camping with her family.She met her husband, David, at Southern Utah University, and they now have four children.
