Hayden Worwood was born and raised in Nephi, Utah, where he graduated from Juab High School in 2010, then served a two-year mission in Billings, Montana.
He finished his undergraduate coursework at Snow College and Utah State University and completed his PA degree at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, with experience in family medicine, geriatrics, orthopedics, and pain management.
