Michelle “M.J.” Johnson, MSN, AGNP-C, AGPCNP-BC

Michelle grew up in Orem, Utah graduating from Orem High School. She then attended Dixie State College where she was awarded her Associate degree in nursing. She later returned to Dixie State University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She spent the next several years working in outpatient surgery specializing in orthopedic spine and interventional pain medicine finding a passion for pain management. She followed this passion and received her Master’s degree in Nursing through the University of Cincinnati in 2023 and double board certified in Adult-Gerontology primary care. Over her 16 years of nursing experience, she has worked in several facets of nursing spending time in Intensive Care, home health and hospice, and outpatient surgery. In all areas she has found joy in connecting with patients and advocating for their best quality of life. She is excited to continue her journey in pain management, now as a provider. 

Michelle and her husband Ryan have been married for 21 years and have two wonderful children. In her free time, you are likely to find her playing with her two dogs, kayaking the local reservoirs, fishing or golfing with her husband, or hiking the beautiful trails in the area.
